Does sharing a pages document mean multiple users can edit the same document?

I would like to have community documents in Pages.

If I share a Pages document with another apple user, but I want us both to be editing the same document. Will sharing work for this?

I'm using Pages on my iPad, iPhone and on iCloud.com.
